ABOUT

Dr. Fantasi Nicole thrives on imagining new norms, cultures, and practices in engineering that indulge our human ideals, ethics, capabilities, and innovations with ethics and justice at the core. She is a Mississippi-raised Black woman who has obtained 4 engineering degrees across 4 different historically white institutions and worked 7+ years in the engineering manufacturing, automotive, and defense industries.

As a PROMISE Postdoctoral Scholar in Engineering and Science Education Department, she engages in research related to equity ethics in generative AI, engineering communication methods, and methodological activism.
